RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Opaline Organics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

## Returns

You may request a return within **30 days** of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

## Products Shipped to the European Union

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the item must be returned unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery and include photographs of the issue.

## Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened supplements
• Opened cosmetic or personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Custom-made or personalised products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

## Producer Fulfilment

Products are shipped directly from our trusted producers. Return instructions and return addresses may vary depending on the producer and product category. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

## Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within **10 business days**.
